How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Is Soylent vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, all Soylent products are 100% vegan and utilize plant-based protein. Our Drink and Powder lines are also formulated without gluten-containing ingredients.
What is your return policy?
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or you are unsatisfied with your first purchase, please contact our support team within 30 days for a resolution.
How should I store my Soylent products?
Unopened Soylent Drinks and Powders are shelf-stable and can be stored at room temperature. Once a Drink is opened or Powder is mixed with water, it must be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip a delivery, swap flavors, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge.
